I am a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
What does that mean? It means I spend everyday, all day long doing all I can to spread the goodness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I share the message that Christ's church has been restored to the earth by a prophet of God. That by living the principles taught by Christ and revealed to His servants we can return to live with our families forever.
It also means that I have given up eighteen months of my life to serve my Savior. That I teach and share my testimony daily with almost complete strangers and new friends. That I have extremely tough days but I also have days that rock my socks. I meet different people that I will never forget. Each day I help others learn, but in the end I learn more myself.
So why am I doing this? Because this is what God wants me to do and this is what I want to do. I have a firm testimony of my Savior Jesus Chris and know the sacrifice He made for me. I can feel of His love daily and I want to share that. Every one deserves that feeling and the joy that comes from it. So....
My purpose is to invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.
